General Project Description
This project entails the design and construction of a new multi-level parking structure at the Torrance Regional Transit Center (TRTC). The comprehensive scope includes all phases from planning, design, engineering, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout to deliver a transit-supportive, durable, and operational facility. The parking structure is designed to accommodate 600–1,000 stalls, enhance transit operational efficiency, meet accessibility, safety, and sustainability standards (including EV-ready and PV-ready infrastructure, and Low-Impact Development (LID) stormwater features), and align with the TRTC Master Plan. Civil and site improvements, electrical and EV infrastructure, safety, security, CCTV, and architectural elements are key components.
