General Project Description

The Tracy Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and lease-leaseback construction services for the Boys and Girls Club / ELOP Project. The project involves the development and construction of new modular facilities across four elementary school sites (North, Art Freiler, Jacobson, and Poet Christian). The scope includes the installation of portable classroom buildings, concrete foundations and access vents, civil site concrete and utilities, electrical site utilities and low voltage, installation of owner-furnished toilet room accessories and room signage, and the construction/installation/demolition of various fencing types and play apparatus structures with poured-in-place rubber surfacing at Jacobson Elementary School.
