General Project Description

This project, "FACILITY ASPHALT REPLACEMENT 2026," involves the demolition, excavation, removal, and replacement of asphalt at three District facilities within Truckee, CA. The scope of work includes mobilization, site protection, preparation, demolition, and disposal of existing asphalt, site preparation, and the installation of new asphalt to finish. All associated labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services are required, including compaction, tack coat, and drainage inlet replacement, to complete the project in accordance with contract documents and specifications. The total estimated asphalt replacement area spans 16,185 Sq. Ft.
