General Project Description
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to pre-qualify and select up to four (4) traffic engineering firms to provide on-call traffic services to Tuolumne County's Public Works Department for federally funded, state, and locally funded projects between 2026 and 2029. The services include, but are not limited to, the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for safety projects, various engineering and traffic surveys, capacity/operational analysis, and crash analysis. The scope aims to support diverse infrastructure projects like road improvements (surface treatments, overlays, reconstruction), traffic safety (intersection assessments, traffic calming, guardrail replacement), and sidewalk/ADA improvements across Tuolumne County.
