General Project Description
The Tustin Unified School District, operating under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Procedures (CUPCCAA), is developing its 2026 calendar year list of qualified contractors and informal bidders. This notification invites all licensed contractors to register on the PQBids Platform to be included on this list, enabling them to receive future bid opportunities relevant to their license classifications. Inclusion on this list does not fulfill prequalification requirements under PCC 20111.6 or Department of Industrial Relations registration requirements under Labor Code 1725.5.
