General Project Description

This project involves ADA parking improvements at Luckie Park in Twentynine Palms, CA. The scope generally includes demolition of existing improvements, grading, street improvements (curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways), signing and striping, and other miscellaneous improvements as indicated on the plans. All work must be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract provisions, and constructed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the project in a neat and presentable condition. The project also requires compliance with storm water pollution control measures.
