General Project Description

The project involves construction services for a Lease-Leaseback project delivering the addition of two portable buildings at the Pioneer TK-8 School. The scope includes preconstruction and construction services, project management, design coordination, development of construction budgets and schedules, value engineering, procurement of long-lead materials, and ensuring timely project completion with Division of State Architect (DSA) approval. The selected firm will perform general construction, coordinating subcontracts for various trades, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and all applicable regulatory requirements for K-12 educational facilities.
