General Project Description

The project involves refreshing restrooms at Foothill High and Foothill Ranch Middle to create cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environments. The scope includes, but is not limited to, replacing wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, flooring, and painting. The selected proposer will provide preconstruction and construction services through a lease-leaseback agreement. Preconstruction services include developing a construction budget and schedule, assisting with plans and specifications, conducting constructability reviews, value engineering, coordinating subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, iron/steel), and assisting with permit acquisition. Construction services involve general contracting and subcontractor management to ensure timely completion within budget.
