General Project Description

The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking prequalified proposers to provide preconstruction and construction services for a multi-site restroom refresh project at Highlands High, Frontier Elementary, and Ridgepoint TK-8 schools. The project aims to create cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environments for students by replacing wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, flooring, and painting in the restrooms. Preconstruction services include developing a construction budget and schedule, assisting with plans and specifications, conducting detailed project evaluations, performing constructability reviews, applying value engineering, coordinating subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, iron/steel), and assisting with obtaining all necessary local and state licenses, permits, and approvals, particularly from the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC).
