General Project Description

The project involves preconstruction and construction services for a multi-site restroom refresh at Dry Creek Elementary, F.C. Joyce TK-8 & Orchard Elementary. The primary goal is to create cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environments for students. The refresh work includes, but is not limited to, replacing wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, flooring, and painting, along with considering operating and maintenance costs for mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems. The successful contractor will assist with design, development, regulatory approvals (DSA, OPSC, CEQA), and implement value engineering. This project utilizes a Lease-Leaseback delivery method.
