General Project Description

This project involves fencing and ramp replacement at Hillsdale Elementary School. The scope includes erosion control measures, site demolition (such as removal of pavements, landscape elements, and existing structures), earthwork (including grading, excavating, cutting, clearing, grubbing, fill material placement, and compaction), trenching and backfilling for site utilities, asphalt concrete paving, site concrete for accessibility ramps, sidewalks, drain structures, and thrust blocks, detailed chain-link fencing and gate installations, and the installation of comprehensive site utility systems for domestic water, fire protection, and sewer, along with site drainage improvements.
