General Project Description

This project for the Twin Rivers Unified School District involves comprehensive improvements at MLK Jr. Technology Academy. The scope includes the demolition and replacement of existing asphalt hardcourt areas, new asphalt paving, court striping and layout. Additionally, concrete walkways, curbs, fencing, gates, and drainage systems will be constructed. The project also entails dry rot repair, exterior painting of affected areas, and ADA compliance upgrades as per plans. A significant portion of the work involves full site roofing repair and replacement. The successful proposer will provide preconstruction and construction services under a lease-leaseback agreement.
