Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Madison ES Dryrot and Painting Phase 2 Project, identified under Solicitation ID: 020326-1. Work is to be performed near 5241 Harrison St, North Highlands, CA 95660, USA in Sacramento County.
General Project Description
This project entails the painting of all exterior surfaces and comprehensive dry-rot repairs at Madison Elementary School. The base bid specifically includes the replacement of 4,000 square feet of siding due to existing dry-rot damage, with provisions for additional dry-rot repairs to be covered by an Allowance. The work, considered a public works project, must strictly adhere to prevailing wage laws and comply with the California Department of Industrial Relations requirements. Contractors are also required to develop and submit a Site Safety Plan (SSP) in accordance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) Bulletin BU 24-05 and Chapter 33 of the California Fire Code. Work is limited to Mondays through Fridays during normal business hours, avoiding student testing days or special events.

- Quantity: 1 Unit: LS Work Item: Replacement of fungus-damaged boards at plywood and T1 11 dividers between classrooms, Specifications: Remove plywood covering a portion of the structure to allow further inspection.
