General Project Description

The project seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive districtwide solid waste collection, recycling, and organics services for all Twin Rivers Unified School District sites. This includes furnishing containers, scheduled collection, disposal, and recycling, along with support for compliance with California Senate Bill 1383. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, vehicles, containers, supervision, and materials, ensuring services minimize disruption to school operations and maintain sanitary conditions. Services are to be priced on a per-container, per-month basis, with collection generally required once per day, Monday through Friday, during the regular school year, and adjustments possible with notice.
