General Project Description

This project aims to enhance multimodal transportation and upgrade essential utilities within specified areas of Ukiah's East Clay and Leslie Streets. The scope of work for the consultant involves comprehensive design services for roadway rehabilitation, installation of significant linear feet of bike lanes and ADA-compliant sidewalks, new accessible curb ramps, enhanced street crossings, street lighting, advanced stormwater infrastructure, and replacement of aging water and sewer mains.
