General Project Description
The City of Union City Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms for constructability review and, as future work, construction management services for the Quarry Lakes Parkway Project, Phase 2. This project involves the construction of a new multimodal transportation corridor, including roadway construction, buffer bike lanes, Class I path/multi-purpose trail, signalized intersections, streetlights, landscape medians, street trees, irrigation, stormwater quality treatment basins, outfall structures, and utility modifications. The initial scope of work under this RFP focuses on 95%, 100%, and Final PS&E constructability review, with future services anticipated to include comprehensive construction administration, inspection, and material testing.
