General Project Description
The University of California, Berkeley is seeking qualifications from a consultant team to provide architectural and engineering design services for the expansion and consolidation of the CKC Catering Kitchen on its campus. The project aims to increase the catering team's capacity by integrating production activities with existing support spaces within Building 10's Commissary Addition. The selected consultant will be responsible for comprehensive design development, site evaluations, code compliance, stakeholder facilitation, and construction administration for this design/bid/build project, with an emphasis on commercial catering kitchen design, historic significance, and university project experience.
