General Project Description

This project is a fire alarm replacement initiative at Pimentel Hall. The scope involves replacing the existing fire alarm panel with a new system equipped with an emergency voice system. Key tasks include replacing existing conventional fire alarm devices with addressable devices on a one-for-one basis, removing existing horns and horn strobes, installing new speaker strobes, maintaining and replicating the existing sequence of operation, adding new monitor modules at fire sprinkler water flow and tamper switches, and providing other new fire alarm devices as denoted on the drawings. The contract is for a lump-sum amount.
