General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of existing HVAC units, specifically air handlers and exhaust fans, within mechanical room #4 on levels B&C of Dwinelle Hall. The scope includes providing new air handlers with associated ductwork connections, chilled and hot water coils, valves, controls, and associated components. Additionally, new DDC (ALC) controls are required for the newly installed HVAC units to serve Durham Theater, Auditorium 155, and Auditorium 145.
