General Project Description

This project involves the refurbishment of the HVAC system in Dwinelle Hall, University of California, Berkeley. The scope includes the removal and replacement of existing HVAC units and exhaust fans in mechanical room #4 (levels B&C) serving Durham Theater and auditoriums 155 and 145. New air handlers, associated ductwork connections, chilled and hot water coils, valves, controls, and associated components are required.
