General Project Description

This project involves restoring the GL & LL areas within Koshland Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, to their original conditions following water damage from a fire sprinkler leak. The scope includes patching wall openings with insulation and sheetrock, painting affected wall areas, repairing holes in wall and cabinet bases, installing new 4" vinyl cove bases, reattaching existing corner guards, and installing new laid-in ceiling tiles. As an alternate, the project also requires replacing existing 12"x12" vinyl floor tiles. Contractors must refer to remediation mapping for affected areas and field verify quantities.
