General Project Description

This project involves the office renovation of The Gateway Dean's Suite, specifically at the southeast corner on level 5 of the Gateway building. The scope includes transforming shelled space from phase 1 into two new offices, one conference room, and one hallway. The owner will provide many long-lead materials, which the bidding contractor will be responsible for installing. Bidder qualifications require experience with comparable tenant improvement projects valuing $900,000 or greater in the past seven years within the specified nine Bay Area counties.
