General Project Description

This project involves the modernization of elevators in Putnam, Ehrman, and Davidson Residence Halls. The scope of work includes the installation of new elevators, controllers, motors, door operators, pit ladders, pit lighting, and cab finishes. Additionally, machine room lighting, machine room ventilation, hall and cab signal fixtures, and new hoistway smoke control screens will be installed, with one elevator per building receiving upgrades.
