General Project Description
The University of California, UC Davis Health, is seeking a licensed B-General Building Contractor for renovation work under a Job Order Contracting (JOC) program (JOC 2026). This is an indefinite quantity contract for an ongoing series of individual Job Orders involving specific construction tasks at various UC Davis Health facilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition, installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, modifications to HVAC, plumbing, ceiling systems, existing lighting and lighting controls, electrical and data systems, construction/modification of interior walls, drywall patching and painting, flooring installation, door and hardware replacement, and concrete and general site work. The program utilizes Gordian's JOC Information Management System and a Construction Task Catalog with preset Unit Prices.
