General Project Description

This design-build project involves the remodel and equipment replacement for a pathology lab. The scope includes anchorage for Owner-purchased/vendor-installed Sysmex 9100 Hemline equipment. The design-builder's scope primarily focuses on HVAC upgrades, including a new stand-alone FCU unit or revisions to the existing AHU. Additional work encompasses a new floor drain, DI water connections, electrical work, minor patching and repair of existing flooring, and ceiling tile modification necessitated by the HVAC upgrades.
