General Project Description

This design-build project involves the construction of a trailhead-style restroom building and associated accessible parking at the Lick Observatory site, located on Mount Hamilton in East San Jose. This effort is part of ongoing site rehabilitation following the 2020 SCU Lightning Complex fire. The scope includes the preparation of construction documents for permitting, designing utility connections, and the full construction of the restroom building and accessible parking, adhering to all approved Construction Documents. The successful proposer must be a California General Building Contractor with a CSLB Licensing Classification B.
