General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system and ductwork at Upland High School Gymnasium. The scope includes patching and repairing existing roofing, curb flashing, and cap flashing. New HVAC units will be installed on the rooftop with proper anchorage and at ground level with concrete curbs. The project also requires demolition of existing asphalt and installation of new asphalt, installation of new chain-link fencing and gates, new ductwork for HVAC units and disconnects, and associated electrical work. Finally, balancing of the new HVAC system is required.
