General Project Description
This document is a Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders for the Vacaville Unified School District. Its purpose is to pre-qualify general contractors, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, and plumbing contractors who intend to bid on construction projects with a projected expenditure of one million dollars ($1,000,000) or more. These projects often receive funds pursuant to the Leroy F. Greene School Facilities Act of 1998 or other state school bonds. Contractors must fully complete a pre-qualification questionnaire, provide all requested materials, and be approved by the District to be included on the final Bidders list.
