Vacaville City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Construction Management and Inspection Services for Wells 18, 19 and 20 Project, identified under Solicitation ID: W25-1. Work is to be performed near 6040 Vaca Station Rd, Elmira, CA 95625, USA in Solano County.
General Project Description
The City of Vacaville is requesting proposals for consultant Construction Management and Inspection services for its Wells 18, 19, and 20 Project. The project involves work at three distinct sites (Wells 18, 19, and 20) including the installation of site fencing, construction of CMU block buildings to house chemical and electrical equipment, installation of sound walls at Wells 18 and 19, and connections to existing water, sewer, and storm drain systems. Wells 19 and 20 will also feature detention basins. The scope further encompasses underground utilities, above-ground site features, wellhead appurtenances, chemical feed systems, electrical and instrumentation coordination, and SCADA integration. The consultant will provide professional services to ensure the project is built to the approved design drawings, specifications, and schedule.
