General Project Description

This project involves work at three distinct sites: Well 18, Well 19, and Well 20. The scope includes the installation of site fencing, construction of CMU block buildings to house chemical and electrical equipment at all three sites, and the installation of sound walls at Wells 18 and 19. Additionally, the project requires connecting to existing water, sewer, and storm drain systems at all well sites. For Well 19, the contractor must coordinate with a separate waterline contractor to connect the well to the City's distribution system. Wells 19 and 20 will also feature detention basins with lift stations. Further work encompasses underground utilities, above-ground site features, wellhead appurtenances, chemical feed systems, electrical and instrumentation coordination, and SCADA integration.
