General Project Description
The City of Vacaville's Utilities Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to establish on-call agreements for inspection and testing services. These services, provided on an as-needed basis for an initial term of up to five years, will support various City capital improvement projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure. The scope encompasses materials testing and quality control, geotechnical services and earthwork inspection, structural and special inspections, pipeline and utility infrastructure inspection, protective coatings and corrosion control, electrical and instrumentation testing, welding inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT), and environmental compliance and monitoring.
