General Project Description

This project involves a comprehensive interior tenant improvement at the District Administration Center Suite 120. The scope includes selective demolition, construction of new interior office partitions and break areas, and the installation of new ceiling, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, power, data, fire alarm, fire protection, and low-voltage systems. All architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire alarm, fire protection, and networking & data communications systems are fully coordinated and included in the bid set, designed in accordance with the 2022 California Building Code, Title 24 Energy, Green Building Standards, ADA accessibility requirements, and City of Camarillo amendments. Contractors are responsible for verifying existing conditions, obtaining permits, coordinating inspections, providing submittals and shop drawings, maintaining record drawings, and delivering full close-out documentation.
