General Project Description

The City of San Buenaventura (Ventura) is seeking proposals for On-Call Plumbing Services. This project involves providing general plumbing services for various City systems and facilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, unclogging and snaking of lateral and main sewer lines, trenching, replacement of sewer and domestic underground lines, camerawork for sewer line condition assessment, hydro-jetting, replacement of plumbing fixtures (e.g., toilets, sinks, faucets), domestic freshwater piping, and domestic backflow devices. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency response within one hour for emergencies and schedule a final inspection with the City Representative for all work conducted. Services are on an as-needed basis for a total contract term not exceeding five years.
