General Project Description

The County of Ventura is seeking bids for comprehensive Street Sweeping and Pervious Gutter Washing services across multiple locations within Ventura County. The project involves mechanical or hand sweeping of public streets, curb returns, and median islands, employing SCAQMD PM-10 certified equipment and dust control measures. Additionally, the scope includes biannual pressure washing of porous pavements and pervious gutters, followed by immediate vacuuming to prevent storm drain discharge. Services will be performed at various county facilities (Government Center, Saticoy Yard, Partridge Building, Gonzales Building) and unincorporated communities (Oak Park, Casa Conejo, Lynn Ranch), requiring the contractor to provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, water access, and ensure proper debris disposal.
