General Project Description

This is a Job Order Contract (JOC), a competitively bid, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract with a Contractor for various repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction of buildings, structures, or other real property within Ventura County. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to explain the JOC concept, discuss it from the contractor's perspective, distribute documents, and answer questions.
