General Project Description

This project involves the asphalt rehabilitation of the CEC Student Parking Lot in Camarillo, CA. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, saw-cutting; excavation, removal, and disposal of asphalt concrete (AC) and base sections; placement of crushed aggregate base and hot-mix asphalt (HMA) pavement; concrete improvements including curb and gutter, sidewalks, and curb ramps; replacement of parking lot striping and signage; maintenance of traffic control systems; and site cleanup. Asphalt and striping work must be completed by April 13, 2026, with ADA accessible sidewalk and curb ramps potentially scheduled shortly thereafter on a weekend.
