General Project Description

The Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call environmental assistance for Mitigation Measure compliance related to its Hesperia Transfer Hub and Hydrogen Fueling Station projects. The scope includes providing biological, archaeological, and paleontological resource services, as well as assistance with applicable Mitigation Measure/Environmental compliance requirements and CEQA compliance. Services are to be performed on an as-needed, project-by-project basis.
