General Project Description

The Victor Elementary School District is seeking bids for flooring installation services at 18 school sites and 5 support facilities. The project's purpose is to replace existing flooring. The scope of work includes the removal of existing carpeting or old flooring, proper disposal of demolished materials by the contractor (District dumpsters are not available), and the complete installation of new flooring material (the flooring material itself will be purchased by the District). The contractor is responsible for removing and replacing furniture, supplying all other materials necessary for installation, coordinating dumpster location with VESD M&O, maintaining a clean and safe workspace daily, and providing a one-year installation warranty. The project must be completed by July 31, 2026.
