General Project Description

This project involves general contracting services for the Rancho Buena Vista High School Track and Field Replacement, utilizing a Lease-Lease Buyback (LLB) model. The work includes the demolition and replacement of the existing synthetic track and artificial turf field. New construction also entails a retaining wall with drainage, new AC paving with an aggregate base, slurry coat and seal of existing AC paving, and demolition/removal of the existing CMU backstop, adjacent fencing, and portions of existing chain link perimeter fencing. The contractor will oversee pre-construction services, including design review, estimating, scheduling, and bid packaging, as well as construction management, quality control, site logistics, utility coordination, and project closeout.
