General Project Description

This project involves the roof replacement at the Jim Porter Recreation Center in Vista, California. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing roof system down to the structural deck, repair of damaged decking, and installation of a new modified bituminous membrane roofing system. It encompasses tasks such as temporary removal and reinstallation of staircases, mechanical fastening of coverboards, application of primers and modified base/cap sheets, detailed flashing work on masonry walls, parapet walls, and equipment.
