General Project Description

The project involves the complete replacement of the fire alarm system for the entire Lesher Center for the Arts. The scope includes mobilization, demolition and removal of the existing fire alarm system, completion of necessary repairs identified in a smoke control report, installation of all new equipment per construction drawings, and coordination of all required commissioning and inspections with CCC Fire and Coffman Engineering. The work will comply with the latest editions of City of Walnut Creek Standard Plans and State of California Standard Specifications.
