Washington Unified School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Surveying Services for River City High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) Project, identified under Solicitation ID: 03. Work is to be performed near 1 Raider Ln, West Sacramento, CA 95691, USA in Yolo County.
General Project Description
The Washington Unified School District is requesting qualifications and proposals from experienced firms to provide professional land surveying services for upcoming District construction projects, with a primary focus on the River City High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) Project. The scope includes supporting site preparation, infrastructure design, and permitting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The consultant will conduct field topographic surveys, identify existing conditions including landscape, flatwork, paving, utility boxes, drainage features, and underground utilities, and provide technical deliverables such as CAD and PDF versions of the finished drawings.
