General Project Description

The Washington Unified School District is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive geotechnical engineering and geohazard evaluation services for upcoming District construction projects, specifically for the River City High School Performing Art Center (PAC) project under its Measure Z Bond Program. The selected consultant will provide professional geotechnical services through the planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring safety, environmental sustainability, and compliance with educational infrastructure standards. Services include preliminary investigations, subsurface exploration and testing, geotechnical analysis and recommendations, preparation of a comprehensive Geotechnical Report, and ongoing coordination with the District and regulatory agencies.
