General Project Description

The City of Watsonville Public Works & Utilities Department is seeking professional surveying services to serve as the Consulting City Surveyor. The scope of work includes the technical review of parcel and final subdivision maps, signing relevant statements or certificates, supporting the City's technical engineering staff on professional surveying matters, reviewing and stamping legal descriptions, preparing legal descriptions, and potentially performing topographic and boundary surveys on an as-requested, time and materials basis. The initial contract term is one year, with options for extensions up to three years.
