General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of existing Poured-in-Place (PIP) rubber surfacing, including the black buffing material, at Marinovich Park. The contractor is required to angle-cut the existing buffings and surface material to create a seamless transition. The replacement PIP material must be FlexGround EnduraFlex (or an approved equal) and installed using Aliphatic Urethane. The work includes replacing all layers of the existing surfacing: base layer, top layer, and black buffing material, ensuring a smooth transition between new and existing materials. The approximate area is 1,380 sq. ft. with an anticipated depth of 3.5 inches, matching the existing depth.
