General Project Description

The project involves the comprehensive replacement of athletic facilities at Hercules High School. The scope includes the demolition of the existing synthetic turf field, track surfacing, D-zone surfacing, underlying base material, sand pits, and pole vault box. New construction entails the installation of new synthetic turf for the field, new all-weather track surfacing over the existing asphalt base, and new all-weather track surfacing in the eastern D-zone on a new asphalt base. Additionally, new long/triple jump sand pits, pole vault box, and a discus cage will be installed.
