General Project Description

The West Contra Costa Unified School District is requesting qualifications and proposals for Project Inspector Services (IOR) for the Richmond High School Modernization Project Phase 1, Increment 2. This phase involves the construction of a new 2-story classroom building (Building E), approximately 60,000 SF, including associated parking lot, PV canopy structure, and store work. The IOR will be responsible for providing DSA-approved project inspection services during the construction phase, performing closeout services, identifying non-compliant work, verifying code-compliant materials testing and special inspection, and preparing necessary reports. The project is expected to start around August 11, 2025, with completion by August 2027.
