General Project Description

This project involves residential street rehabilitation within the City of West Covina. The scope includes furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, and labor for the construction of slurry seal, asphalt concrete cold mill and overlay, localized asphalt repairs, restoration of traffic loops, installation of traffic striping, and associated work.
