West Sacramento City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, BRYTE PARK MASTER PLAN IMPLEMENTATION - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & INSPECTION SERVICES, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-098-RFP. Work is to be performed near 425 Todhunter Ave, West Sacramento, CA 95605, USA in Yolo County.

General Project Description

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Construction Management (CM) and Inspection Services for the Bryte Park Master Plan Implementation Project. This multi-phase project involves extensive park improvements, including ADA upgrades, new recreation features such as all-weather soccer fields, natural grass and lighted softball/soccer fields, dog parks, walking paths/loops, an outdoor fitness area, a splash park, a new Aquatics Center with locker rooms and pool, an outdoor amphitheater, prefabricated restroom and concession buildings, shade structures, outdoor classroom areas, a new maintenance building and yard, and the demolition of existing park features. The selected CM consultant will serve as an extension of City staff, providing comprehensive day-to-day management, documentation, coordination, project inspection, and ensuring compliance with City standards, and all applicable state, federal, and grant requirements throughout the construction phase.
