West Sacramento City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, WEST SACRAMENTO LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SURVEYING SUPPORT, identified under Solicitation ID: 25-078-RFP. Work is to be performed near 1110 W Capitol Ave 3rd floor, West Sacramento, CA 95691, USA in Yolo County.
General Project Description
The West Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (WSAFCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide surveying services in support of the West Sacramento Levee Improvement Program (WSLIP). This includes supporting real estate acquisitions, surveying and delineating sites for borrow-fill material, mapping existing easements and utilities, and performing title research. The scope involves reviewing DWR Geomatic Standards, verifying survey monuments, developing monument maps, and creating real estate map exhibits with ownership, APN, easements, levee alignment, adjacent land ownership, and aerial imagery for approximately 30 parcels. The consultant will also draft legal descriptions and map exhibits (plats) for acquisition areas in accordance with DWR Geomatics standards.
